Billing and subscription cycle:
Truly, Heart to Heart Mail Club is a monthly subscription. To be eligible for the following month, you must sign up for your subscription no later than the 20th of the month.
Example:
To receive March’s package, you must subscribe (if a new customer) before the 20th of February. If you subscribe on the 21st of February, you’ll receive April’s package.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:
If you received a damaged package in the mail, please contact heart2hearthomegrown@gmail.com for assistance.
If you are unhappy with your subscription, you can cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. We hate to see you go, but we want you to be happy with your snail mail experience ❤️
