At Truly, Heart to Heart Homegrown, we create thoughtfully made goods with care, intention, and attention to detail. Because many items are handmade, made-to-order, or personalized, all sales are subject to the terms outlined below.
By placing an order, you agree to the following policy.

All personalized items and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Due to the custom nature of personalized work, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has begun.

If you are dissatisfied with a non-personalized item, please contact us so we can work together toward a reasonable resolution.

A brief explanation of the concern
All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Resolutions, when offered, may include a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate solution at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
To assist you efficiently, please include:
Order number
Clear photographs of the damaged item
Photographs of the packaging, if applicable
If damage is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit. Damage occurring after delivery, or resulting from normal wear, misuse, or improper care, is not eligible for replacement.

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your order appears lost in transit and tracking has not updated for 10 business days, please contact us. We will assist in filing a carrier claim where applicable. Replacement or refund decisions for lost packages are handled at our discretion and are not guaranteed.
We recommend shipping to a secure address.

If a return is approved:
Items must be unused and in original condition
Items must be returned in original packaging, if applicable
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions above.
